Did you know that in 1518, there was a disease that caused people to dance to death?

Yes, you read that right. In the Holy Roman Empire, around four hundred people began randomly dancing for days on end without rest. The event lasted for an entire month until people started collapsing or dropping dead from exhaustion, stroke, or heart attack. It is literally called The Dancing Plague of 1518.
