    • Minimum Criteria: Automatically awarded to students with the Chancellor’s Award or Curators Scholars Award who choose a degree in the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources.

Competitive Scholarships:

  • Stamps Scholars Award:
    • Amount per year: Full Scholarship
    • Minimum Criteria: 32-36 on ACT or 1420-1600 on SAT and 3.5 core GPA
    • Additional Criteria: Must be admitted to Mizzou and the Honors College by Dec. 1, submit a resume, essays and recommendation letters by Dec. 1. The most distinguished applicants will become finalists and will be required to atted a two-day on-campus event and interview.
  • Mizzou Scholars Award (Missouri only):
    • Amount per year: $10,000
    • Minimum Criteria: Must be a Missouri resident with 33-36 on ACT or 1450-1600 on SAT and excellent academic record
    • Additional Criteria: An application for admission, a resume and essay must be submitted byh Dec. 15. A committee will review candidates’ credentials and supplemental material. Strongest consideration will be given to the strength of the academic record.
  • George C. Brooks Award
    • Amount per year(Missouri resident): $7,500
    • Amount per year(Nonresident): $7,500 plus 100% nonresident fee waiver
    • Minimum Criteria: Membership in a racial or ethnic minority group that is underrepresented in relation to the university’s goal to achieve educational benefits of a diverse student body, high ACT or SAT score and excellent academic record.
    • Additional Criteria: An application for admission and required materials must be submitted by Dec. 15.
  • Diversity Award:
    • Amount per year(Missouri resident): $2,500
    • Amount per year(Nonresident): 100% nonresident fee waiver
    • Minimum Criteria: Membership in a racial or ethnic minority group that is underrepresented in relation to the university’s goal to achieve educational benefits of a diverse student body.
    • Additional Criteria: Recipients are automatically screened upon admission and selected based on high school class rank, ACT or SAT scores, and grades in college prep courses.

    • Additional Criteria: Have a biological, adoptive or stepparent who graduated from the University of Missouri (Mizzou)
  • Black & Gold Level 2:
    • Amount per year: 50% nonresident fee waiver
    • Minimum Criteria: 25-26 on ACT or 1200-1250 on SAT

Student Life:

Students at Mizzou can join over 500 student clubs and organizations, 50 club and intramural sports, 30 musical ensembles, and there are 50+ fraternities and sororities. Also, students can travel the world while still earning college credit. There are over 250 programs in nearly 50 countries in the world. And students that are enrolled at Mizzou have joined different companies and organizations. For example, the New York Times, Microsoft, Apple, AT&T, Disney, CBS, and more.
