A peaceful state of mind.

If someone suffers from anxiety and or depression, it may be hard for them to be in a state of mind they are happy with. I am no doctor, but I would recommend taking just a few minutes out of your everyday routine to take time to yourself. Whether that’s taking a bath at night with a face mask or playing basketball to help relieve some stress in your life. This could help you be happier during the next few days and even help you concentrate on doing school or work. Try out some of these tips or something that helps you relieve stress.
